Do you offer catering?

Yes we do! We offer you a number of options so you can get your dibs on the ribs.

1. Bulk Pick-up: Call today to order our famous Mesquite grilled BBQ, bulked up and served in catering tins. Please order based on the number of people eating. We include plates, picnic packs, serving utensils, napkins, and wet-naps and plenty of Phil’s famous BBQ Sauce with each order at no additional charge.

2. Delivery: Minimum $200.00 order, delivery charges apply. Same as bulk pick-up, but we bring the BBQ to you in our super sharp hot and cold holding catering trucks. Delivery charge is roughly $1.00 per mile round trip.

3. Full-service: Phil’s BBQ Catering Team will arrive prior to event start time to set-up buffet tables with red check tablecloths, chafing dishes and all appropriate serving pieces. Phil’s Award Winning Mesquite Grilled BBQ will then arrive as close as possible to your eat time. We will serve your guests, dispose of the garbage, and take away all service wares. Minimum number of guests is 15. Service based on availability. Full-service charge of $295.00 plus tax and service charge applicable.

4. Cook-on-site (minimum 75 guests): Just like the Full-service, only we send out a Grill Master and cook at your site. The smoke flies and the smell of BBQ fills the air, luring your guests to the feast. Additional charges apply. Service based on availability.

Can I order by the tray or by the pound?

We do not offer our BBQ by the tray or by the pound. Each catering order is served based on the number of guests, so you would order per person. Side dishes are available by the pan.

Do you offer any desserts and appetizers?

Yes, for full-service and Cook-on-site only. Inquire about various options today.

How much is the delivery charge?

We require a $200.00 minimum food and beverage purchase for delivery. The delivery charge is $1.00 per mile round trip, so if we deliver 20 miles from our restaurant, the delivery charge is $40.00.
