Full Service: Phil's will arrive 1 hr before food service begins and leave 2hrs after food service begins. Food will be delivered from the restaurant 15min before eat time. This option is for those wedding parties that have 1-75 guests.
Cook On Site: Phil's will arrive 2 hrs before food service begins and leave 2 hrs after food service begins. All food will be brought to venue and cooked by our staff on grills that we provide. This option is for wedding parties with 75 guests or more. Please make sure we are able to have open flame, charcoal grills at your venue.

NOTE: Phil's BBQ will supply all the buffet tables, chafers and servers with both options above.

Rentals

Phil's can supply you with all your rental needs. From tables, linens and china to lighting, heaters and tenting, just ask your sales representative. All Phil's BBQ orders come with plastic ware to include: Plates, forks, napkins and wetnaps. Many wedding parties will upgrade to a sturdier and less "picnic-like" plastic ware for a small extra fee. Let us know if you are supplying these items or if you would like to discuss some or all of these options with your sales representative.
NOTE: All orders with CHINA and SILVER WARE will have an additional labor fee for bussing. Phil's will bus and dispose of all PLASTIC WARE free of charge.

Dinnerware Rentals:

Set-Up and Tear-Down

Phil's can help you with many of your set-up needs before your reception begins as well as clean-up needs while your party is going strong and after it is over. Services we provide will dictate our arrival and departure time. Your sales rep will make these times clear in the time line section of your invoice. Just ask us if you have further needs so that all of your expectations are met.
